Switching charger

So it seems my EVbox Elvi charger is overheating and needs replacing. Thought would just go for the Tesla one (and its four year guarantee), wondering if anyone has had a charger replaced and what the cost was? As all the cables are there looking at the installation guide its not much more complicated than changing a switch! But still think its best to get someone in! Thanks

I’ve got the Tesla one. Syncs with the app, shows exact usage and simple to use.

It might be as simple as switching the wires over, or it may require additional pen fault protection devices to be fitted. Certainly, getting an electrician with certification in installing EV chargers I'm afraid.
