You can install our site as a web app on your iOS device by utilizing the Add to Home Screen feature in Safari. Please see this thread for more details on this.

The current limit will probably be determined by the sense resistor in the cable, and the UMC firmware. I think it unlikely that the car can update the UMC firmware (or even that the car knows it is a Tesla UMC which it is connected to).
