I have a timetable/strategy Tesla should consider. Let the other car makers continue to soften up the ICE demographic into starting to see EV's as the option. And then when it seems right come in with Ads that are 30 seconds long but contain six 5 second bits of information. Filled to the ephen gills with Easter eggs. And I mean choking on them. I'd like for you to comment in a productive way, by adding your thoughts. AND EASTER EGGS. You see the EASTER EGGS will be epic, and drive people to Tesla. And it isn't just being fun and silly. The EASTER EGGS are a symbol of how much is in a tesla that you do not see till you start looking. (like that old octopus). That's the big message. There's more in a Tesla at Every point and place.
So here are some musings and ideas on a 30 second commercial for Tesla. Each scene is five seconds, That's all you get. 6 five second scenes chocked full of Easter eggs, most but not all about tesla.
ONE: Bottom of the screen in an outer space font :"February 2008 number sold 200"
Visualization of four seconds of a nice looking roadster being driven down a beautiful countryside road. But the first second is a close up of the eyes of Elon looking at the camera from within an astronaut helmet with the visor pulled up. All you can see are part of the astronaut helmet and his eyes and the bridge of of his nose. Then you go to the Roadster enjoying riding on a winding road video taken from a drone. And the drone shows a wider and wider view. Lots of noise in the background (but no engine noise because it is electric), a combination of nature with a little aggressive tire noise but at a slightly higher than normal level
So the lack of noise in the next scene is noticeable ... the last second of the Roadster floating through space with a recognizable Saturn or Jupiter in the background...(elon still at the wheel?)
TWO: Bottom of the screen "June 2012 Model S" Number sold XXX,XXX
Visual: Model S Kids and wife shut doors on Model S plaid pulls up to a dragstrip line. Kids and mom Jump out. Dad flips down race helmet visor."
THREE: Bottom of the screen: in a hip hop font "September 2015 Model X" Number sold XXX,XXX
Visualization: two 2.5 seconds clips of music videos where Model X's were used.
Alternative Visual: 3 seconds of a hip hop video from above, then a 2 second clip where the hip hop song continues but
the visual is of a couple glamping/resting on the bed in the back of the the EV. (maybe tent attached)
FOUR: Bottom of the screen: In a (?) font "July 2017 Model 3 Number sold XX,XXX,XXX"
Visualization: A couple of scenes that represent the best awards the Model 3 has gotten with the award at the bottom. My pick right now would be "Safest" with tesla dashcam footage or something from the news like the recent cali cliff attempted suicide though that was a different model. Also perhaps some portrayal of just how many Model 3's have been made.
FIVE: Bottom of the screen: Cyber(nota)truck June 2023 Number sold X,XXX,XXX
Visualization: Yeah? well let your heart go wild for the two 2-3 second clips
SIX: Bottom of the screen: Model 2 August 2024 Number sold XXX,XXX
Visualization: Happy car happy people: Maybe one clip of college kids getting out at some outdoor activity/event, and then the exact same thing with the same couple but 15 years older getting out at the exact same place/event with a kid in tow.
And that could be it. Just a quick 30 second machine gun burst. To make it more compelling the writers should include as many easter eggs in every scene as they could regarding the vehicles, Have people watching it over and over to find them. Some not even related to the vehicles, Such as but not limited to---
Type/era kids in the Model 2 with Patridge Bus Skin and the people inside looking similar to a 20 year old Danny Bonaduce and Susan Dey... maybe an older looking Cassidy-type for the ladies are drinking Pepsis and eating flaming hot cheetos, while a Grimes' song is playing on the sound system (pick one of her songs that relates to whatever is Tesla or Elon-esque), and they pass the city sign of Melber, KY and a tesla Semi is casually driving by from the other direction.
Cyber(nota)trucks arranged in an Easter egg pattern (I can't think of one maybe part of little elon's name) at Burning Man with Franz, Elon, etc hopping out of beds ready for another day of fun because they slept in complete comfort (some could have various camper attachments and tents, and someone got up early and used the Cyber(nota)truck's camping attachment). Other Burning Man Campers appearing to be not feeling it this early in the day. A Missy CummingsLook-alike with Barra on the back could ride by on a moped that has a plume of blue exhaust Barra dressed like the lady who stole Toto from Dorothy, and the Missy being the Wicked Witch. And Toto could hop out of the basket Barra was hanging onto while she does see it, and then runs barking up to whoever really developed dog mode (hopefully there was a girl on the team, and she could actually be in the video, and she could have red shorts and ruby slippers on), and they could put Toto in the car and hit "dog mode" before Heading to the showers or show.
Or just the opposite: Show franz and Elon and a few others coming back still wearing their outfits (just think of the costumes they could have on that would have Easter Eggs as their basis) in the dark to their "MARS" village (clear sign denoting Mars which is of course lit up using electricity from a Cyber)nota)truck, and feeling really really good because Burning in a Cyber(nota)truck is like having Burning Man be at the end of your street, Elon could compliment Grimes on her set, everyone gets in their beds but with the windows open and they do a Waltons' "Goodnight Johnboy."

And when the camera in a drone pulls back the wise observer can see the Cyber(nota)trucks arranged to form the "Æ". as an A-12 flies by without a sound (because now it is powered by electricity if you have to ask), and if at the very end you see the last scene somehow attached to starlink or Starship)
