Hi Folks, I took the delivery of my Y in November. Now in December, a credit of $3750 is getting applied.
Is there any way I can get the advantage of same? Any suggestions..

A buddy I work with has been having a nightmare delivery with his November Y. They are going to give him the credit after he hinted about lemon laws supposedly.

I’m sure it’s possible and they probably want to dissuade him from pursuing that.

If your car was perfect upon delivery, you took it in and no issues with it, then no. If your car has been in and out of the shop and you didn't get to have a full working car until Dec, then you might have grounds to push back to your SA and get some sort of a credit, even if it's not the full pop, they usually will try to work with you.
