Tesla Energy Not In Ohio

So even though we are the 9th largest state for Tesla auto sales, we still can't get referral rewards or Tesla Energy products here. So that being the case, we decided to not wait around for Tesla, and we did a grid-tied solar system on our own: Solar Installation

Right, crappy either way. But Tesla has done absolutely no lobbying to change that. And I find that lack of defense of the 9th largest ownership demographic to be pretty crappy.

Pretty sure the whole idea around the Powerwall 2 redesign and being AC output was so that it could be inverter agnostic.

It'd be nice, but of all the legal fights Tesla has on its hands, making sure that Ohioans have access to the affiliate program is going to be really low on their priorities list.

Also, keep in mind that the automobile dealers Association here in Ohio is very much like the mafia. Very tough to get change. They have lots of influence with the lawmakers here.

Are you kidding me? They are the lawmakers. Rep. Reineke is directly related to a car dealership! He's the guy that came up with the idea of requiring Tesla's to have flashing red lights on top when they were self-driving, and force drivers to carry 1 million insurance policies. Thankfully that bill was shot down.
