Tesla Energy will not Allow me to Pick a Different Salesperson

I got a quote from solar city, and after receiving my quote I have been unable to reach him.

I have called Solar City three times since then, and each time they are unable to reach him, but say that they will email him and cc his boss. Still no response.

I have asked to be transferred to a difference "energy consultant" (salesperson), but they say they are unable to reassign it until 90 days have past.

Has anyone had this type of experience and does anyone know how to escalate problems up the chain at Solar City?
 
I am having a similar issue on a Power wall. Response time is more than a week. I leave a message or email and 10 to 14 days later I get a response. Not sure what to do... I am ready to spend money but can't get simple info like which circuits will be in the gateway.
