Tesla Insurance - Sign Up Broken?

Trying to get a quote for Tesla Insurance - the signup page is now buried deep within the app, and has been broken for ~24 hours now.

I've tried signing out and back in, on multiple devices. Is anyone else seeing this too?

I am encountering same issue. After getting the insurance, I am unable to see the link to insurance in my account. When I go to insurance support and click on view documents pertaining to insurance, I see similar screen as yours.

Did you get a solution? Appreciate if you could share.
