Tesla Model S 2018 Driver Seat Stuck - Any Solutions?

I have a 2018 Tesla Model S and my driver seat got stuck when I pulled it all the way back. Now, it won't move forward or backward. It makes a clicking sound and moves just a tiny bit before stopping. The electric motor seems to jerk, but nothing else happens. All other seat adjustments work fine. Tesla is quoting $5000 to replace the seat, but I've heard this is a common issue. Are there any solutions whether it could be done myself or if I should contact another workshop?

20 MS driver seat stuck

Have a 20 MS LR Plus, the driver seat is stuck in the far back position, the forward/back button will not operate, the up/down button operates. Anyone ever have that issue?
