I drown down to DC for an event organized by the same group at the Embassy of Croatia for Nikola Tesla's birthday where Tesla presented the Model S and offered test rides and I'm on their mailing list. I just received news that they have organized an evening event at the Kreeger Museum in DC with Tesla being there to show the Model S and offer test rides.
I had always wanted to see the Kreeger Museum as they have an impressive collection but unfortunately I'm not sure if my schedule could accommodate a trip to DC but if anyone in the area is interested in going to it here are the details. Should be a fun event!
