Tesla model S batteri packs

Hi! Need help from tesla gurus

We encountered some issues with tesla model s85 awd... European model

Since we bought a car without battery , we didnt know which battery we need to purchase..

Ended up buying rwd battery as many people said all batteries same and on the market there was 0 from awd at that time..

We fitted and after redeploy its drops faults.

Further investigation we found out that we have battery pack code 31 (Old pack config 57) instead 46/49/57/60/64/69/70

So now is the question what should we do.

1. Try to sell battery and buy from AWD (Most likely we dont have chance to sell it for the price we bought)
2. Try to buy correct BMS and switch it over (Issue finding BMS with correct pack config)
3. One forum guru who knows and can change battery pack config remotely

Looking for people who have an ideas how to sort this issues.

option 3 would be easiest to try
i think rwd has less hvil nodes, not sure if its possible to re-flash BMS but worth a try

I would consider option 2 also, just not sure how to find out which BMS fitting exact model and "pack config"
There is not many options on the market unless i dont know where to look
