Tesla model s mcu1 tegra on bench

Hello, want to start mcu1 tegra on table. Have power and ground connected no start. Internet cable conected - screen not working just makes starting beep. What i am missing? See pictures below with mainboard led's. All thanks for help

I'd recheck your power connections. Hard to tell from your photos.

The bottom center grey has pins 7 & 8 for +12v
The bottom right black has pins 7 & 8 for +12v
The bottom right block has pins 9 & 10 for ground.

You can use the service schematics to confirm your wiring.

I also have the IC connected, but I don't think it is necessary.
