I have a 2016 P90D available for lease transfer. You will not find a better lease term especially on on a MSRP: $143,700 vehicle.

Took delivery Jun 30th, 2017.
Driven 4,100 miles to-date. ~25,000 MILES remaining. 10,000 miles/year
Pristine. Detailed weekly. Non smoker. No accidents. Located in sunny TAMPA, FL

I will assume its a Model X even though you don't say. What is the buy out on july 2020? Why is the lease cost so cheap? Did you put a lot down?

It's an X per title, also there are no 6 seat Ss (the towing package is also a giveaway)

The buy out is 3 years after the lease start date of

Low payment is due the the car being sold with a large factory discount. The residual is based on the sicker price. With a large discount the difference between the amount paid and the residual is so small you are basically only paying interest plus the monthly percentage of the difference between the sale price and residual. There were some aged inventory P cars leased with monthly payments in the $600’s. Buyout on those cars usually doesn’t make sense though as it would be way too high. The real killer deal on the early L cars was if they would have also removed the L for another $10k. Nice deal in my opinion ;)
