Tesla Model Y Title and Registration Question

I’m looking to understand if buying a new Tesla Model Y as a personal vehicle (vs. under an S-Corp business) and then getting a business use deduction is impacted by adding your spouse to the title registration? Or must the vehicle only be registered under the name of the business owner to get the business use deduction?
