Tesla Navigation and its love of canine grooming and walking businesses!

I've noticed that the mapping software highlights a few select businesses as I drive around the country, around 80% of them are dog walking, dog kennels, dog grooming or doggy day spas!! Is this just me noticing them (in the way that you always notice the model of the car you are driving more if you have a new one), or does Tesla have secret ties to the dog care industry?
