I wonder if Tesla will ever pursue getting their base Model 3 on the GSA Federal Fleet purchasing options? Federal employees would probably clamor to have a Model 3 as their government vehicle given the option. The government is also pushing towards 20% of the fleet being zero emissions.

For sedans there are currently the Leaf and Bolt, along with Hyundai PHEV & Ford Fusion PHEV options available for fleet purchases.

There are also the Chrysler Pacifica PHEV and Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV on the fleet options.
The Bolt is being sold to the fleet at a price point of slightly over $32,000. If the Model 3 gets lowered in the future it could be competitive with that. I know tons of people would love to have a Tesla option for their office and travel vehicles instead of a Bolt or Leaf.
