This is from the original run when they actually filled them with Tequila.
The later ones are just empty decanters that never had Tequila in them.
This one is filled and unopened. You can tell by the writing on the decanted and the box.
The empty decanters don't say 750ml and stuff on the bottle and box - mine does.

No, you can't ship liquor legally. That's not how the BATF&E will see it. That's like saying "I didn't sell the guy weed, I sold him a clear baggy and had no idea what contents were inside." Needless to say, that defense doesn't hold up in a court of law. The only question will be if the judge can contain his laughter when you present it.

You really should look into the law regarding this.
Unless you hold a liquor license you cannot legally ship liquor.
