It seems that getting Tesla stolen can be a fun experience for owners

So many options available, I'm glad no one got shot, the owner got her car back and the thief will get his day in court

Mild zapping would be more fitting in this case

I can already see a future in which owners of borrowed cars can remotely transmit audible warnings to drivers, asking for their car prompt return.

If there is a lack of compliance with the verbal warnings, owners can start delivering a series of zaps at increasing voltage, until required compliance is achieved
