Tesla referral program

• Has anyone else had problems receiving their benefit from the Tesla referral program from last year? The program used to be the referring person and the person receiving referral would get a $1000 credit...I referred 2 people and they received their credit. I never received mine. I have called my service center and even discussed with the delivery manager who assured me someone would get back to me in a week. 3months later no contact received ....even one of the people who I referred has contacted his salesperson 3+ time, who assured him I would receive my credit, yet 6 months later, I have not received anything or even any contact...I have called my local service center many times and keep getting shut out...any ideas?

I think you receive it once they take delivery.
