Tesla Rental in Columbus, Ohio

I am a current Model S owner, but I am flying to Columbus, Ohio in late October. I would like to rent a Tesla vehicle for a few days while I am there. Hertz advertises that they rent Model 3's, but when researching this, I found that they do not seem have them available in Columbus. Does anyone reading this have any advice about Tesla rental in Columbus?

Turo shows 20 Teslas available in columbus oh from 10/1 to 10/6, so it looks to me that the answer is Turo.
