Tesla rescheduled my delivery before one day.

Hello everyone.

I’m new to this community and I want to share my current situation. And want to listen that my situation is normal or common.

I ordered model 3 on 2/6/23 and received vin at same time. I live in CA(OC).
I received “schedule sms” on 2/14/2023 and scheduled delivery on 2/17/2023.
On 2/16, they contact me with sms and reschedule it to 2/18.

And yesterday(2/17), I did all paper works for delivery including payment. In the afternoon they contact me on the phone, and they said my delivery will be rescheduled to 2/21. And few hours later, on same day, they rescheduled it to 2/22. They said this happens due to logistics delay and the vehicle is around riverside.(I’m in OC, California).

Things happen. Trucks get delayed. Weather gets back. Car gets minor damaged before delivery. Pickup inspection finds something factory didn’t. Staff gets sick. They have a water leak or electrical outage at the center.

It’s not necessary normal or abnormal.

100 million reasons this could happen. With any company.

Nothing to worry about here. You’ll get your car soon enough.

I wish I would have received a delivery date of within 1 week and then pushed back to 2 weeks! I waited 3 months!
