Yes, that license plate was ordered by Martin, then he decided to use "Mr.Tesla" and let that one go a friend. The owner is a member of this forum.

My second sighting this week. This time it's #176, which I'd spotted before (in the exact same place -- downtown San Mateo). This time, though, it's got a vanity plate. It would seem the owner has solar panels at his home.
