Just started noticing this month on the Tesla Service app, if I were to type more than two sentences the app would freeze and will need to force close. Anyone else having this same issue?

So you’re creating a service request and entering comments when you have the problem, correct? If not that, what do you mean?
I haven’t seen that issue with the same version of the app on iOS, but I have run into other transient issues that were caused by Tesla server and/or connectivity problems, so maybe that’s what you’re seeing. Try logging out of the app and back in, and if that doesn’t work, reboot your phone.

So you’re creating a service request and entering comments when you have the problem, correct? If not that, what do you mean? - That is correct. As soon as I start typing into comment field, the app would freeze and shut down. Then I would have to retype the issue again (my workaround is to type into the note section of the phone, then copy and paste into the comment section.)
I also tried clearing the cache/ stored cookies from the app and same issue.

Yes having the exact same issue on an s21 and a a52 (both samsung). Having to type lots of short messages instead of one long one
