have had a sagging trunk and multiple noises for months.
multiple appointments - they forget things, don’t do things, don’t have parts, and attempted to charge me (for a trunk sagging lol - they said since it was more than 30 days since the last ”fix” I’m responsible -for a 1yr old car with a sagging trunk, out of gap spec lol).
and worst of all, communication is non existent besides sporadic texts in the app. No calls, no discussion, no explanation.
astonished that tesla service employees are OK with how they are led to support customers.
for the first time in 7yrs of ownership, I’m seriously considering the taycan turbo s to get back to a proper service experience. If something goes wrong I’m tired of being chastised and inconvenienced to address it.
