Tesla Shop web page

Hello, Since yesterday the shop.tesla web page has been down for me, I get a page error 404, when I try to sign in or check out. Anyone else having issues?

I had problems 2 days ago, couldn’t complete a transaction for a HomeLink module. However, yesterday I finally got it to work, so it sounds like they’ve been having issues.

Working for me. Just went all the way to the last step on ordering a key fob and no issues.

That's really strange, i tried from 3 different computers and cleared my cache many times

Having the same problem here. Tried different browers/clearing cache and still can't login.

Could be that they have different servers for east/west coast? I know that some of the cloud based servers do this. Like if their site is hosted with AWS instead of a traditional web host that could be the case.

has to be an East Coast thing, because it's still not working. I've been trying to order accessories before my delivery next week.

It's not ideal but you can try opening up the shop in a new browser or in incognito/private mode and checkout as a guest. That seems to be working at least.

Tried that, still doesn't work. When I get to the payment page there is no line to enter a CC #

I’ve been having the same issue. Seems to be related to single sign on. If I’m not signed in I can checkout as a guest - but I can’t check out if I’m signed in. I’ll try again later on VPN (west coast) and see if that makes a difference.

Didn’t work over VPN. Tried contacting Tesla a few days about this but never got a response. I have to have service to fix my vanity mirror lights and was hoping to have homelink installed at the same time.

That pretty much sums up what life with HomeLink will be like. Every day will be a new adventure!

Got this reply from Tesla today.

We apologize for any inconvenience and we hope to provide you with a better Tesla Shop experience moving forward.”
