has to be an East Coast thing, because it's still not working. I've been trying to order accessories before my delivery next week.
Tried that, still doesn't work. When I get to the payment page there is no line to enter a CC #It's not ideal but you can try opening up the shop in a new browser or in incognito/private mode and checkout as a guest. That seems to be working at least.
I’ve been having the same issue. Seems to be related to single sign on. If I’m not signed in I can checkout as a guest - but I can’t check out if I’m signed in. I’ll try again later on VPN (west coast) and see if that makes a difference.
I had problems 2 days ago, couldn’t complete a transaction for a HomeLink module. However, yesterday I finally got it to work, so it sounds like they’ve been having issues.
I was finally able to get it to work, but only once. I used my Fiance's computer, her email and address and signed out as a guest, however I went back in and attempted to place another order as a guest and the 404 page error pops up.
