Just to be clear.... that's two wall chargers and the communications line between them?
Beyond the enormous power line and external splice box, the data connection is pretty trivial, although they want the data line in conduit as well, although it can be in the same conduit as the power line if the data line has appropriately rated insulation. The data line is a twisted pair 18AWG wire, the size usually used for thermostats, but its supposed to be rated to 600V, which is much more than usual thermostat wire.
