Texting Tesla

Hello All. I am a new Tesla owner of a 2020 M3 as of 5 days ago. I searched the forum but have two questions (and my apologies if I missed a previous thread):
1. During my buying experience, Tesla was really good with replying to text messages. Now that I have purchased the vehicle, is this the best means to continually ask questions? Seemingly, the tests were not just sent to the sales team but seemed to be routed to various units in the company. For the more seasoned owners, do you use the text line as a means of contact, and if so, is it appropriate for matters like repairs or service?
2. When I turn my wheels, I've noticed a screech or click coming from the back. I'm still under warranty, but seemingly this might be a wear and tear issue. Should I take I back to Tesla or just go anywhere?
