We have two Android phones installed with the Tesla app. One is working fine; however, the location on the other phone's app is always inaccurate. Most of the time, it shows only the county name as the location but never displays the exact address. Does anybody know how I can fix this? Thank you!

Don’t know why you would see different locations for the same car, but check the Android settings for the Tesla app on both phones and make sure they’re the same.
Yes, I did but didn't find any different. It should be noted that it is not that the address displayed on the APP of the two mobile phones is different, but that the precise location can not be displayed on one of the mobile phones, but the location is correct on the map.

Try rebooting the phone that isn’t showing the precise location. You can also try logging out of the app and back in, or deleting and reinstalling it, which sometimes resolves app issues (but not always).
