They won’t do clear wrap?

my wrap shop backtracked and said they couldn’t do a clear wrap anymore- but they would do a color wrap and try to match my Grey.

Why would clear wrap be a problem?

Is it colored wrap going to look anywhere remotely like my metallic gray? Or is it going to look more dull?
Or should I take the opportunity to have the first bright purple Model 3?

Find another shop. My shop has a non stop supply of M3s showing up for film, ceramic, tint.

I don’t have much experience with colored wraps but the ones I’ve seen are intended to give a very different look to a car. The likelihood that it matches your gray is virtually zero in my mind.
