Time between updates?

Over 3 months now on 12.1.2...last update was May 7.

Three months seems excessive. What do you see as the status when selecting setting (the car icon) and then the software tab? Maybe you’re on old enough firmware to not have the new software tab.

At 3 months, I’d probably open a support ticket using the phone app > schedule service > software update.

This all assumes you are on a strong wi-if signal when the car is parked either at home or work....
