Tire Size Question

I have a set of winter tires (Michelin X-Ice Snow) size 235/60R18 from a GV70 I used to own.

Can I use them on my 23MYLR with factory size 255/45R19?

They seem to be narrower, but taller. I don't care about the speedometer being off.

Good chance they will fit with 18" Model 3 wheels (8.5" width). I run 235/55R18 on mine.
