In regard to tint, there is a bill in the legislature that would lighten the legal limit for tint on the rear of your car.
This article actually makes some great points for updating Utah Window Tint Laws, including allowing for darker tint on the front doors.

Hopefully this legislative session they and change the laws to Allow manufacturers like Tesla to sell direct here in Utah.
I read an article about a 3 wheeled vehicle manufacturer in Provo who can't sell to local customers because of the law which doesn't allow manufacturers to have a majority stake in a dealership.
Its time to modernize the laws here

Finally a Win for Tesla. It looks like Tesla will be able to sell directly in their Stores in Utah after all. Both houses voted to approve new bill permitting it with just the Governor to sign off now. Congrats to everyone wanting to go into your local store and see and order your car.
