Torx screw part number

Anyone knows the part number for this screw. This is for the cover under the dash on driver side, it's the same screw as the others on the passenger side. Just noticed it today.

I bought 2sets at Harbor Freight. That looks like a 10. U will need ones of all sizes. And a 18mm socket to change front hubs. U need 8, 9 ,10 mm to doors and windows. Drove me crazy needing so may sizes. U need several length 1/ 4 inch ext. I had so many metric tools, but this thing uses so many weird sizes.

I have all the tools. I just need the screws like this only. Tried Home Depot and lowes but they don't have anything matching. I'm missing 1 screw on both sides. Tesla always seems to forget something when they work on my car. Last time they forgot to put back my passenger door sill lol
