I ordered the Tesla Tow Hitch from the Tesla Store March 14th. The app said it was "In stock." It's now May 27th and no sign of the hitch and no response to my emails. The tow hitch is still showing "In stock" in the app. Is this normal for the tow hitch to take this long? My order says "Enroute to Austin," but it has said that since week 2. My service center (who had the install appointment set up) is no help.
