If I install used OEM tow hitch on my Y myself, tesla tech will enable tow mode?
No, they will not. I already tried. They will ask for a hefty $2600 Canadian Dollars to activate that. I am from Vancouver,BC, Canada BTW. More expensive than just directly buying the post-install package from them. I think they purposely quoted that price to pissy me off.
