Toybox Horn Question

What is the easiest way to make a sound clip for my horn? Do I need a ringtone app? Or can it be done on an ipad or iphone or mac?
I know I have to load onto a flash drive

Just make a wav or mp3 file on you computer. Both Win and Mac come with apps that do that.

Looks like it only plays the first 5 seconds so don't make it longer than that.
