Apologies, I know this has been covered several times before but I'm not getting anywhere with it.
In short, bought second hand car from independent dealer, so he didn't have ownership. Trying to transfer with Tesla by both the app and the website. Uploading copy of my V5 and driving license but constantly rejected. What am I doing wrong?
