Hello! I sold my Chinese-made Tesla Y to a buyer and I want to transfer ownership to the new owner through the app by making sure car is connected to wifi and going to My Products > transfer ownership > I added all the details and I receive a security code to my email but when but I put in the code I keep receiving this message:
Operation failed, please retry. For further assistance, please click the chat icon on the home page of the app to contact Tesla's online customer service.
Did anyone go through this? Any tips on how I can get it fix and transfer the ownership of the car?
