Hi, new Tesler owner here 
Bought a used Tesla Model 3 a few weeks back. The car dealership that sold me the Tesla mustn't have transfered ownership across to them so I'm having to go through the awful process of trying to claim ownership of the vehicle from Tesla.
I've submitted it 5 times now, of which 1 has been rejected... The other 4 are from "manual transfers" from live chat advisors, each saying they "haven't received any emails from the email you provided so no transfer has been initated"
Has anyone been through this? I totally get it, Tesla aren't just going to give ownership to anyone and they've got a rigorous process in place. But, it's just infuriating going through the same process over and over and over again, like some vicious circle.
It wouldn't be so bad if the public EV charging stations were good were I am, but they're not. I just want a Supercharger lol.
