Transporting a Tesla Tips

Wondering if anyone has any experience with transporting a Tesla on a flatbed. My company pays for professional car movers to transport a car and I think we’re going to use that service for the Model S.

Looking for recommendations on how they should strap it down. Should it be in neutral? What about adjusting the suspension height?

Would recommend reviewing/printing the "Instructions for Transporters" section of the owners manual - it's got Tesla's recommendations for transporting the car. You can view it on your MCU, but to print you can download the owners manual from your tesla.com account.

Hopefully some folks who have experience with transporting can chime in, I'm just being "that guy" who says to check the owner's manual

Thank you. Just found that in the owners manual. Didn’t know transport stuff was in there!

Looks like you put it in Tow Mode and suspension on jack for the whole transport? Is that right?
