Trip From Dumas To Trinidad

Just back from trip from Texas to Colorado springs. Left Dumas with full charge, 310 miles facing a 30mph wind from the north. Drove 55mph to Capulin and 60 to Raton. Arrived with 108 miles to go then increased speed to 65. I arrived at Trinidad at 83 miles to go, driving a model 3 long range dual motor. In hindsight I probably could have driven about 5 mph faster the whole trip or could have just left from Amarillo. Coming back same problem facing a 30 mph south wind. I had to slow from Childress to Cisco to 60 mph and arrived with 30 miles of charge.
