    Dear forum users! There was a problem on the screen there were such mistakes as to be in this situation. There is no service in our country. Maybe someone knows how to proceed.

    Reboot the car:

    1. Unplug the cord.
    2. Close the port
    3. Get in the car
    4. Press the brake pedal and keep it pressed throughout the entire sequence.
    5. Press both scroll wheels on the wheel. Hold them down and do not let go until the center screen has gone black and after a few moments the Tesla "T" shows on the screen. Then release the buttons
    6. Wait a few minutes for the center console to fully come back on line. You will know it is pretty much done when you re-acquire your #G or LTE signal.
    7. Then press the two buttons above the scroll wheels at the same time to reset the smaller screen. Follow steps in #5.
    Once that screen is back up. Try charging again. Good luck.
