Trunk 12v Plug Not Powering On After Sleep

I have a dashcam running to a Cellink Neo external LiFePO battery which is plugged into the rear trunk 12v. It used to work seamlessly in which I just set it and forget it and the Cellink charges/discharges automatically when driving. Lately, the 12v doesn't turn back on after the car wakes up from sleep. I have to unplug the 12v and plug it back in for it to resume charging the Cellink.

Any suggestions on how to remedy this? It shouldn't be tripping the circuits as the Cellink battery is charging at 5A.

What happens when you plug the external battery charger 12V adapter into the center console 12V accessory outlet?

This will be my next step if I get annoyed enough. I've run the cables so they are hidden under the headliner and panels, so testing this would be a chore.

Maybe bypass the existing wiring by using a separate 12V power cable to test the center console 12V port.
