Trying to find where plastic plug came from

I replaced my rear diffuser recently and after I was done, I found a small blue oval plug on the ground near my rear passenger side wheel. The part number of this plug is 1133968-00-B. The diagram of where the part goes in the Model 3 parts catalog seems to indicate that it goes somewhere in the vicinity of that wheel, but the diagram is not detailed enough to let me know exactly where. Is there someone out there that knows where this goes and could provide a picture, or could maybe look at that diagram and tell me what I'm missing?

I know exactly where it’s from.....rear quarter panel body frame “inside” rear bumper fascia in front of the pressure equalization vent. I actually used that grommet to run Auto Trunk wiring through during install. Precluded me from having to drill anything. It was perfect. My guess is it was loose OR you knocked it loose/off during diffuser install. Actually in reality there’s several of them. Some painted some not(raw).
