Type of cable for wall charger?

Not sure if this is the right place for this question. I know that a Tesla wall charger requires a 6-gauge cable and 50 amp double pole breaker.

Is there a difference between Romex, meant for interior installations (round, black sheath, NM-B), vs. underground-rated cable (heavy, gray, waterproof sheath, UF-B). Both are 6/3 copper with ground wire; the copper wires look identical on both types. Both are coils of 50 ft. The only difference is the price - the interior coil is $300, vs. $190 for the underground-rated cable. It seems odd that the heavier-duty, exterior cable would cost less than the interior one. Just wondering if there is a difference for a charger install. Thanks!

I went with 60amp breaker and #6 guage THHN wire.
This post here explained it so well, and i shared it with my installer.
Review this, hope it helps.
