Broadly aligns with most of my service experiences.My personal experience has been mixed. I've had good and bad. I'd say the people are generally good, I'd say the systems often fail them and us. If something fits into a nove category then it ends well, it's slightly unusual then it goes off the rails. Broad generalisation, maybe others have worked out the magic forumala?
Overall I’d rate them a 6.5 to 7 out of ten.
Tesla hourly rates though are very high when you’re out of warranty.
