First post to the forum. First off, already read about the service issues and problems owners face. I recently bought a 2015 CPO MS from tesla and been enjoying it quite alright. Problem came when i got a lovely screen stating that i am unable to DC fast charge.
So i proceeded to schedule the next available service which took about 1 week. I figure since it was a malfunction chargeport as already seen on this forum, it would take roughly about a week to fix once i checked in for service. However after 2 weeks, they called me and told me that the part they need to fix is out of stock everywhere with no eta of restock. Im just surprised that im not surprised despite the delay...
Should i expect a long wait time? 3 months?
