Underneath Bumper guard Tesla Y.

Hi! I noticed the 10mm screw was hot in and half out of the bumper guard .. tries to screw it back in but no luck .( keeps turning ).. Car is new , so I didn’t notice it before .. Anyhow , what’s the purpose of that screw and any ideas how to go about it . Thanks TIA.
