Update 2023.44.30.5.1 missing Park Assist Upgrade

The 2023.44.30.5.1 update was just installed on my 2022 MYP and I still do not see any mention of the Park Assist Upgrade.
What am I missing here? Do I need to have FSD in order to get the new Park Assist?

I'm sorry but what is USS? Ultrasonic Sensor Support? I do have the Ultrasonic Sensors in my car.

I am guessing that "what you are missing" is that the park assist feature currently is only for vehicles without ultrasonic sensors, and your car probably has ultrasonic sensors. My 2022 model YP does (have ultrasonic sensors).

So, what I am "missing" is the absence of Ultrasonic Sensors. Got it.

M3 has PA
Saw missing distance measurement with PA
Hope they bring that back

I have one of each...
My 2021 has USS,
My 2023 No USS, thinks everything that's not the same color of the pavement is an obstacle.

I'm not exactly "over the moon" on the Park Assist feature, it's still not as good as USS.

Hello all. I just completed the update to the new Christmas software and for some reason I have absolutely no idea how to activate the park assist.

I never had it before so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

What model car do you have, exactly?

Do you have little circles in your front and rear bumpers (4 little disc shaped circles)?

Can't USS be disabled via OTAU to enable park assist? Seems like that was done in both my Mar'22M3P & Sep'22MYLR, right after Tesla announced they were abandoning them. Is there a way to tell whether USS are active? Manually disable them in favor of vision only? Does all this become moot once V12 goes out to general release?
