Wheels are only 27 pounds! (Tires are 28 lbs). Save around ten pounds per wheel over factory 21", or forty pounds of rotating mass. Doing the calculations, that is good for around .1 to .2 second decrease in 0-60 MPH time and increase ~12 miles range.
