USB music - shuffle vs. playing folder contents in oder

New owner here - I've been googling other users' challenges playing music from a USB in their Model 3. Most have expressed frustration in that folders play in order and there is no option to shuffle.

I, of course, am the oddball. My Model 3 shuffles music within a folder instead of playing them in my preferred order (track 01 - name, track 02 - name, etc.)

Is Tesla pre-setting new vehicles to shuffle by default? If so, how do I turn that feature OFF?

I'm guessing the default is not to shuffle. When selecting music to play, if you select a folder/album it will play just that folder/album. You can select to shuffle or not. If you select from a list of all songs it will play through those, again select to shuffle if desired. It retains what you last selected, to shuffle or not. So, you may have hit the shuffle icon? The shuffle icon is something like below:
